Sebastian + Jesse 2nd Year Wedding Anniversary Session

I know what everyone is thinking when they see these images. (especially those of you from the south)

"Man, where are they? That doesn't look like Atlanta!"

And its true. I had a great opportunity to head up to Canada for a conference in Toronto. I have a lot of old friends and even new ones near there. One couple in particular I was hoping to go to dinner with one night when I was there. Well they sent me a message on Facebook asking if I might have time to take some pics for them for their second anniversary. Of course I was super excited to do it but my schedule was already really packed with video shoots for the week. I rearranged my schedule and we were able to make time on Sunday evening. Now, I have know them for a while. Sebastian in particular I have known for years. I had no idea when we met up that he had chopped off his long hair. It took me a while just to find them in the crowd where we were meeting up. The next 3 hours or so were just awesome. Not only did they have fun but I was also able to visit places I have not been to since I was a kid.
The last shot of the night never happened though. Just as I was about to set my bag down to get them under the Gardiner Express Way I saw a puddle of vomit! Then another and another! Next thing you know we took off with our noses pinched and making funny sounds all the way back to the car. Yes Canada is clean but just not this street corner. Please enjoy the images of these two beautiful people and their awesome love for one another. It showed throughout the session.

Toronto. I miss it soooo much.

Well my friend Mike and I were so fortunate to be able to travel to Toronto Canada to hear one of our favorite people speak. Philip Bloom. And man was it awesome!! We also had a chance to go around the area and shoot some video of the sights. This video is a quick compilation of some of those images. What was even better was that a friend of mine and his wife who moved to Ontario from Atlanta asked if I would have time to do a couples portrait session for their 2 year anniversary. So I was able to take a few hours on Sunday night. We had such a blast and those images should be un in a week or so so stay tuned.

POLICE "COURAGE" INTERVIEW

Here is a great video we got to shoot with a Gwinnett Police Officer. 3 cameras and around 7 light sources. A few piece of plastic wrap for effect and an old paint cloth:) This is the result.

WE Series "Marriage MOTS" Video

I love last minute stuff. And a Man on the street video where we get to ask people random questions and people yell at us:) Great times with lots of Starbucks. Too bad I didn't have time to do any color treatment to the video. This is all strait from the 5dmarkII and 7D. Except the audio of course:)

JOSH + ASHLEY ENGAGEMENT SESSION

Wow! Josh and Ashley. Few months ago, we met Ashley at the Lenox mall for the first time regarding her wedding photography needs. It was as if we have known her for years! Her engagement photo session date finally came, and we were so excited to meet her finance. Just like her, Josh was such an awesome individual. Although it was a VERY hot summer day, we were all still able to complete the session successfully. We had a very funny moment where Ashley's shoe fell into the creek, I had no choice but to jump in after it. LOL! Yes, I would never let my client's shoe go, "bye-bye...". I jumped in and saved it! I had shorts on though so only my shoes got wet. Though it would have been a better story if I had to dive into 10' of water:) Overall, we had a wonderful time with this amazing couple, and we cannot wait for the wedding date in October. Congrats, Ashley and Josh!
